Thomas E. Lloyd journal
Thomas Lloyd was born in England on August 19, 1850. In 1856 his family departed for the Great Salt Lake Valley; however, due to the length of the trip and the birth of his sister, they settled instead in Newton, Iowa. In 1866 a missionary converted Lloyd to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and he became an active member. This collection contains a photocopy of Thomas E. Lloyd’s journal as well as the original.
